Parce qu’elle jugeait «le rayon fruits et légumes un peu à l’écart dans les magasins bio», Catherine Bouisseren ouvre en 1991 une Biocoop, aidée de quelques clients de sa ferme. De sa ferme ? oui, car Catherine Bouisseren est une ancienne agricultrice bio. Pas de doute, sur les fruits et légumes, elle doit en connaître un rayon ! Le magasin a changé de look depuis 2006 : tout en bois.
